The Refund & Return Policy concerns only sales that are made on dulccio.com
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team at experience@dulccio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your request.
Once we review your request, we will provide you with return instructions, including the refund amount. Refunds for returned items will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot process refunds to any other payment method.

If there is a difference between the original purchase price and the price of the exchanged item, a debit or credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
After 14 days, only store credit will be given for pricing differences on exchanges.

All new orders placed through Dulccio’s official website qualify for free shipping. All shipping costs for returns for refunds or exchanges must be paid by the customer.
